Flight Token values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, where it is stored, and the choices you have. By using Flight Token, you agree to this policy.

What We Collect
- Account information: email address (or Apple relay email) and basic account identifiers used for authentication
- User content: flight manifests, aircraft data, and other information you choose to enter
- App settings: unit preferences, aircraft icon choice, and similar preferences
- Support messages: if you submit support or feedback, we receive the message contents and your account email
- We do not collect GPS/location, camera, microphone, contacts, or advertising identifiers
- We do not store payment card or banking information; purchases are handled by Apple or Google through their stores

How We Use Your Data
- To authenticate you and provide access to the app
- To save, sync, and display your manifests, aircraft data, and preferences
- To enable sharing features when you choose to share (for example, sharing by email)
- To respond to support requests, bug reports, feature requests, and account deletion requests
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and enforce access controls

Data Security
Data is stored using Firebase Authentication and Firestore. We use access controls and security rules to help prevent unauthorized access.

Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the service, such as with Firebase (Google) for authentication and database storage. Purchases, subscriptions, billing, and refunds (if any) are handled by Apple or Google via the App Store or Play Store under their policies.

Data Retention
We retain your account information and app data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion at any time. Some limited information may be retained if required for security, legal, or operational purposes.

- You can manage your account through your sign-in provider (Apple or Google)
